Medium roast or Robusta<br> A full-bodied and strong taste with a high caffeine rate, rich aroma with a hint of citrus notes.<br> These beans thrive in humid, slightly cool conditions, at altitudes between 500 to 800 meters<br> Most commonly utilized for extractions and instant applications like 3 in 1<br> 2. Light roast or Arabica Catimor<br> It has a more delicate, sweet taste with notes of citrus with low caffeine rates.<br> Produced at lower temperatures, these beans prefer the higher grounds between 1,000m to 1,300m<br> Most commonly used for roasting and distributed commercially<br> 3. Traditional light roast or Arabica Typica<br>\n A strong aromatic character from its rich fruity origins whilst \nremaining distinctively smooth.
