1. Medium roast or Robusta
A full-bodied and strong taste with a high caffeine rate, rich aroma with a hint of citrus notes.
These beans thrive in humid, slightly cool conditions, at altitudes between 500 to 800 meters
Most commonly utilized for extractions and instant applications like 3 in 1
2. Light roast or Arabica Catimor
It has a more delicate, sweet taste with notes of citrus with low caffeine rates.
Produced at lower temperatures, these beans prefer the higher grounds between 1,000m to 1,300m
Most commonly used for roasting and distributed commercially
3. Traditional light roast or Arabica Typica
A strong aromatic character from its rich fruity origins whilst
remaining distinctively smooth. This coffee contains a low caffeine
rate.
Most commonly roasted and served as a specialty coffee, enjoyed for its unmistakeable origins.
